Spl lecture on television at CUJ to be held tomorrow


Ranchi, Sep 18: A special lecture on “Television in India-Journey so far” will be conducted at the central University of Jharkhand, Brambe tomorrow.

The Centre for Mass Communication is organising the programme, which will be graced by Mr Rajesh Raina, Group Editor, ETV, Hyderabad as guest of honour.Mr Shailesh Pandit, deputy director general of Door Darshan Kendra, Ranchi has consented to be the chief guest while other guest speakers are Mr R K Jha, Deputy Director Door darshan, Ranchi and Mr Omar Shadab Hashmi, cluster programming head, Big FM and Big Magic, Bihar and Jharkhand.

The lecture is scheduled to begin at 10 am. EOM.
