Ranchi, Sept 24: Dr Rai talks on primal leadership at CUJ

Dr R K Rai, a renowned clinical doctor by profession and eminent management expert delivered a lecture on "Primal Leadership- A modern tool for developing entrepreneurial capabilities" at the Central University of Jharkhand today.

Dr Rai who has made extensive tour besides interacting with top political as well as business majors

Across the globe gave the lecture in presence of Vice Chancellor Prof A N Misra, Dean of IMBA Prof Taposh Ghoshal, Dean of Mass Communication Prof Santosh K Tewari, other faculty members and students in the auditorium.

 

He mainly focused on the qualities of primal leaders simultaneously bringing home the point about the importance of self-awareness, self-regulation and motivation as making of leaders.

The vice chancellor in his address talked about the stress factor coming in the way of healthy mind and expressed gratitude to Dr Rai for having spared his valuable time to share experience in management despite his being a physician.

Prof Ghoshal proposed the vote of thanks.
