Brief Introduction   In addition to teaching/mentoring, my primary goal in research is to address the underlying fundamental challenges of device physics and their correlation with properties of smart materials. New device structures and unconventional devices as the basic building blocks of modern day electronics are the result of innovative research in the field of semiconductors that would serve humanity.
