Brief introduction  

With more than 16 years  of experience, Dr. Bhatia served as Business Banking Executive and Deputy Manager-Business Banking at Axis Bank Limited (previously - UTI Bank Limited), as a faculty at Department of Management, BITEC-Mauritius, Mauritius and later Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra at Ranchi.

He has been invited for lectures sessions and expert at institutions and organizations like ISM Dhanbad (IIT-ISM Dhanbad), IIITM-Gwalior, Jharkhand Judicial Academy, Amity University-Ranchi, RDCIS-Steel Authority of India Limited, IICM-Coal India Limited, VIT-Business School – Vellore, UGC-HRD Centre -Ranchi University, Research Methodology workshops - ICSSR etc.

He is currently editorial board member for the Journal of Advanced Research in HR and Organizational Management, Journal of Advanced Research in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, & SMES Management and acted as SAGE Article Editor for SAGE Open (2016).
